Fraser Mills (Waterfront Village Centre)

Located along the Fraser River in South Coquitlam, Fraser Mills will be the city’s first and only waterfront community. Upon completion, Fraser Mills will host over 4,700 homes, restaurants, shops, parks and natural trails. It is a new legacy that will shape the future for the region, and yet another milestone for Beedie. Amenities include 16.35 acres of parkland, aquatic centre, wharf, pier, plaza, trails, and the planned park amenities. SHUTTLE BUS SERVICE

Beedie Living said it intends to operate a private shuttle bus that will connect residents at its proposed Fraser Mills development in southwest Coquitlam with nearby rapid transit.
